Description: Full service restaurant and bed & breakfast. our menu is completely homemade, using all natural/sustainable/organic ingredients. we support\"buy local campaigns\", we recycle all that is possible, compost everything we can, feed 5 pigs and a handful of chickens off premise. We produce only 2 bags of non-recylable trash per week. Use post consumer paper products, bio-degradable togo containers, pla-corn plastic packaging, and flouresent lighting. Our Wine list features, Sustainable, Organic and Bio-dynamic Wines from NewYork and California. We are always looking for new ways to reduce our carbon footprint.
